Great everyday placemat
Blue and white basket weave looks cool and crisp on my table. You can rinse it or gently wipe down.

Great placemats
These are large mats and the touch of black makes them coordinate with black without being dark - they are quite neutral. We bought them to replace a couple of the same Chilewich mats we had for 12 years when they started to fray slightly from use. We always machine washon cold Not a bad investment!
It may be a negative to some that spills can penetrate because they’re woven.
