Body shape: Waist narrower than shoulders and hips

Runs small and feels cheap
I had high hopes for this dress considering I have a pear shaped body. However, it's more of a column gown. Doesn't have much give in the hips and butt area. It was really scratchy under the arms and stiff. It runs very small and I would suggest going up 2 sizes.
