Unique Shower Gift
I purchased this Chewbead necklace in turquoise as a surprise shower gift for a first time mommy-to-be. Love that it's stylish and functional- a unique gift both mom and baby can enjoy! The color really pops in person and the beads have just the right amount of squish for curious baby's little mouth. Especially like this style since it features beads in two different shapes/sizes.

PULLS your HAIR but lovely & fun
I purchased the beautiful turquoise color because I saw it on someone else from across the way and ran over to ask where she found it! It was impressively unique and attractive. Nice price as it was on the anniversary sale. Have worn it a few times. From the beginning, each and every time, it pulls out so much hair from the back of my hair even if my hair is pulled up in a bun or a ponytail. I have quit wearing it and have since replaced it with a RubyRoo Baby brand -near identical color, style & wonderful BPA free-silicon teething necklace that has a lovely string & safe clip for the area laying on the back of your neck. I have had no problems! As for Chewbeads brand- I strongly recommend looking into their ASTOR model as it has the string as well but it is different & more expensive. Again, great necklace however be aware as it HURTS with all of the hair pulls.

Got this because my 8 month old loves scratching and grabbing at me while I'm nursing her. Now she grabs this necklace which makes me much happier. I also wear it when I'm carrying her around and she plays with it and sometimes chews it. I got the turquoise and it goes with a lot of stuff, it's a nice pop of color. The only thing I didn't like was that it gets caught in my hair sometimes and pulls it out since it's that silicone material. I just make sure my hair is up to avoid that though. I bought it during the anniversary sale so the price was great!

cute and functional
I really like this necklace a lot, the turquoise color is cute and my 7 month old is at the perfect age where he likes to grab it and chew on it. The only problem is that sometimes my hair gets caught in the beads on the back, and is kinda painful to get it out. I’ve seen some chew beads necklaces that don’t have beads all of the way around, which would probably fix that problem.

Pretty and practical
I bought the aqua necklace for my sister-in-law and her 9-month-old son who is teething. He loves to chew on it and especially likes the larger beads. She thinks it's a great piece of fashion and also very practical, since he likes to be close to her and also have something to chew on. I put the necklace on and he let me hold him while he chewed too, so that was a nice bonus. :)
