MELTED!!!!!!
I knew this candle was going to be delivered today so I waited for the FedEx truck as it's hot outside. Not only was the candle completely melted, candlewax everywhere in the packaging, and the actual tin container has chips in the red finish. The bright? side is my house smells good - the ENTIRE house!
I tried to do an online "Chat" to discuss the issue but was only given FAQs. Called a Customer Service number, waited 1/2 hour on what I presumed was "On Hold" but no one ever answered.

Healing frangrances.
I have enjoyed all of the candle fragrances so far. My favorite is Moso Bamboo. However, one or two of the larger candles burned right through the center quickly and did not last as long, I did follow the instructions. I also purchased a reed diffuser and was very disappointed I could not buy a refill. However, the reed difusser keeps my room smelling so loverly. I am using the candles as part of my healing journey after a bad accident. They are my recovery candles.
