What it is: A nourishing, nondrying hand and body wash that gently cleanses and conditions the skin.

What it does: Powered by nature, this babassu-nut-derived surfactant cleanses the skin and helps make the formula gentle enough so you can wash frequently without over-drying. It nourishes and conditions with cherry blossom and sweet almond oil, which is naturally derived from the ripe seed kernels of the almond tree. Its scent features the brand's iconic sweet, juicy, floral pure-fume™ aroma with tonka bean and certified organic orange, ylang-ylang and other pure flower and plant essences.
How to use: Lather the hand and body wash onto wet skin. Rinse.

My dad & I fought over this product
I love this soap so freaking much, it's one of my prized possessions. FOOLISHLY, I left it at my parents' house while I was away at college for fear of my roommates using it all without asking. Lo and behold, when I came back from school, this beautiful, 33.8 fl oz bottle of pure liquid velvet was left completely empty in the exact spot that I had originally kept it in. After interrogating my family members, my dad finally admitted to using it "a couple of times" because he loved the smell and thought it felt nice. After a little squabble, he decided to buy me a new one & he got one for himself too. Long story short; hide this product from your family, they will fall in love and they will use it all!

I will not purchase this product again
I happen to purchase a liter of the cherry, almond hand and body wash about two months ago from a local salon. Unfortunately I did not like the fragrance. I used it because it's a good product but I'm going to go back to shampure.

Sweet smelling
I normally love Aveda products for their complex and interesting fragrances, but this was too candy sweet for me. I didn’t really notice an almond smell either. Disappointing.

Works Well........But Bring Back Cherry Almond Bark!!!
This hand and body wash works very well, but I could only give it three stars because of the very artificial and overly strong cherry scent. It looks as though this is being discontinued. I STRONGLY recommend bringing back the ORIGINAL Cherry Almond Bark products. I absolutely loved that scent and used the conditioner super religiously. Came in a jar with a screw-top lid (just like Nutriplensh and Botanical Repair). I would buy a ton of Cherry Almond Bark if ever expanded into a full line of products.

Small Body Wash
I did not know I ordered a small size bottle of this body wash, it is to pricey. Will use it for travel.

An everyday favorite
I started using this product a year ago and it is now a favorite I use everyday. I like the scent and texture of it. I recently gave it to a friend as part of a “favorite things” gift collection —and she is a fan now too. High-quality Aveda product.
