After losing 60Lbs I took to Nordstrom.com to treat myself to some well deserved new clothes. I came across this dress and feel in love right then and there, then i click on it and they are out of my size online. I was so disappointed. So I call the Nordstrom that is closest to where I live by the way its an hour away. They inform me they don't have it then give me a list of store number not the phone numbers but what the number of the store is actually called. it was four numbers. so I do my research and find out location and phone numbers of eace of these stores. I call one by one the first one was busy took my info and they item number and size I needed and said she would call back. So the next one didn't have my size even thought the computer said they did. The last two were closed. So finally the women calls back and says she has my dress and asks if I would like her to hold it for me. I tell her "Hun I live in CO and you are in CA Id like to buy it over the phone and have it shipped to me". Thats how bad I needed this dress a dress that I at the time couldn't be for sure would actually fit me. I stayed watching the tracking on my dress even though I had other items coming in its the only one I was waiting for like it was Christmas. So it finally arrives and my heart starts to beat with anxiety and anticipation to try it on. As I am pulling the straps up I start to fill the softness of almost a silk like feeling brush up against my body. I get it up and am able to zip it it all by myself. I then hurry and put on shoes and run across the way to the neighbors house to show her the dress. She is telling me how beautiful it is and wonderful it fits me and then makes me model it for her family who is in town who love it too and say i look amazing. Before I knew it my friend is asking me "sweetie are you all right?" I say "I'm fine why?" she says honey cause you are crying I said oh hun those are tears of joy. See last Summer I was wearing a 22 to a 24 and this dress this beautiful dress I had on is a size 14 and I did it all on my own without the help of surgery :). My next challenge was to find my perfect shoe to wear with my perfect dress. A dress that brought beauty back into my eyes. I couldn't be happier and wish I could give this dress 10 stars.
