Flutter Sleeve Plissé Midi Dress

I bought the blue color in a size small. I am 5'3.5", 27 inch waist, 34D, athletic build. The fabric of the dress feels "silky," and the fit is smoothing. Since I am on the shorter side, the dress is above my ankles, so it fits more like a maxi, which I like. The waist is flattering. Although I am larger busted, I do not see cleavage (but the bra I wear is not a push up bra, as I do not want attention to my bust (at least not in this dress ;)). I plan on wearing this dress during the day. I do not see this dress suitable for a formal event, but casual to work, a nice lunch, or an early dinner. Just IMO. Very beautiful. The sleeves are lovely. I love the built-in slip, which comes to my knees. You can dress this up or down depending on the type of shoes and jewelry selected. I will purchase more Chelsea28 dresses! Just fantastic!

I ordered many dresses to try, and this was the winner (by far). I like the little sleeve - would agree that in real life, it's a bit more pronounced than in the photos, but I like that about it. It is extremely comfortable. I have a larger chest and this dress is cut to be flattering and not too revealing. Really glad I tried it. Contemplating picking it up in a 2nd color.

I was on the fence with this one. It fit TTS for me. The dress is pretty and flattering and I liked the length and sleeves, but I could not get the fabric around the chest to work. I am smaller chested (34b) so maybe someone with more volume could fill it out and the material would lie properly? I would have needed to use double stick tape (on my skin) or else to have it altered professionally, and I didn’t have time. The v is way more pronounced than appears in photos. I was worried that I would be fidgeting with the fabric or uncomfortable while wearing it, so returned.
