uncomfortable and hard to take off
it look high quality and stylish but extremely hard to put on and even harder to take them off, they are not comfortable to walk for long.

just okay
I wanted to love these. I love the look of them. But after just one wear around the office my heels were KILLING me. I’m usually between a 9-9.5 so I sized up to a 9.5 expecting there to be a little bit of room to wear thicker socks in the cold months, I had to wear thin socks for them to fit. If I’m paying almost $400 for a pair of boots they shouldn’t make my feet hurt that bad.

exceptional boot
I am sorry for those that do not have these boots. The perfect Chelsea. My only complaint- it is hard to wear these boots and maintain humility. That’s how cool they look.

cute but damaged
These came alone in the box with a loose Tory bag - no paper to protect the shoes at all and clearly tried on and damaged and recycled to me. Pretty disappointed as the brown are suede so they have to be shipped with care and these landed in a distribution center I assume where they weren’t checked and all the insides of the box were removed by a previous customer, and they were re shipped with no quality control. The suede was knicked, worn, or damaged in 3 places. Otherwise this boot does run a bit long but fits. Would like to reorder but afraid I would have the same issue

These boots are amazing!
I absolutely love these boots - they check every box! They are on trend, well made, sexy, and comfortable. They are narrow but fortunately they fit me well. If you have a wider foot, this boot may not work for you. Nonetheless, another great boot by Tory Burch!
