No issues with boot, but ordering service awful

Nordstrom sent me the wrong boot the first time, then I reordered the same boot AND a different boot. Once I placed the online order, the original boot I wanted was cancelled because online stock quantities were wrong, AND the other pair I was sent was the wrong boots again and in a damaged box.
