I bought these for the material. The black and white check are like seersuckers, Lightweight but not see through. Definitely size down, I know I am a small in Eileen Fisher but these pants are wide leg so be aware they have a lot of material.

From a Dog Walk, and then to the Office
I love these, and I got the black and white checked, so I could make them into multiple outfits. They’re casual looking from afar, and then closer up, you can see slightly crinkly fabric, that makes them look fancier. So I paired a white tank, and black v-neck sweatshirt to walk my dog, and then I only need to change to a black cropped blazer. I like that I can use of white and black shoes, with one outfit staple. A denim shirt would work well, too. Very pleased with the versatility, and quaiity, especially since one reviewer had a fabric issue. These are a stiff fabric, but also more delicate. I would suggest a loose fit, and be careful where you sit. Also, apple friendly, because you can wear them high-waisted. I like so many of these options from the current collection, so it was hard to decide, and I’m glad to buy something that’s definitely worth the sale price.
