Looks a bit cheap

The skirt is not structured enough for me. The pleats are falling out and overall I think it looks cheap. I think I know why it was on sale. I will be returning it.

Cute skirt

I thought the fabric was of good quality; weight appropriate for fall/winter. Care was taken in packaging the garment to preserve the pleats. Fit was good on my 5'5" 137# body. Hem came to 3-4 inches above my knees.
