used item?!?
This is likely a used item. Smells like someone’s perfume/cologne. Gosh when will Nordstrom do better and stop recycle returned items. Not only is it disgusting but downright wrong! Please I beg either you have better systems in place to vet returns and if you do accept a used item please don’t resell it. When will this stop, it’s been happening for years. Are you reading the comments people are complaining of receiving used items.
