Packaging was Embarrassing!
Unbelievable to think that purchasing a $600 Burberry scarf comes in a box in plastic wrapping. Since you sell high-end quality stuff, couldn’t you at least put it in a Burberry box? Absolutely ridiculous.

package was sent in an oversized sandwich bag. the presentation of this delivery was unacceptable, it was sent in a clear plastic bag with zero care. the presentation was not burberry quality when you are paying burberry prices for an item - Nordstrom needs to do better with providing quality experiences to customers purchasing designer items. The customer service representative was not helpful either and provided no support in my request to have a box sent to me so I can gift this item as anticipated.
