Gorgeous, Soft, Comfortable and Flattering Dress!
I ordered several green dresses to try on for a June wedding, and decided that velvet doesn't seem quite right for summertime. However, I LOVE this dress so much that I am keeping it anyway! It is a gorgeous shade of green, very flattering for the figure, and super soft to the touch. I think this will be one of the most comfortable and flattering dresses in my wardrobe. I normally wear a size 8 dress, and ordered a small (4-6) in this dress as mediums were sold out. I thought it would be too small and I would have to return it. But the fit is perfect, with some "give" at the twisted waist for comfort. The hem sits just above the ankle on my 5'3" frame. It is casual enough to wear to church, but dressy enough for special occasions. This one is a keeper!

Gorgeous color funny neck.
Gorgeous color but the wrap of the waist was awkward in a way that the neck didn't lay in a flattering way on me. Not sure if it was my frame or the dress but the wrap didn't work on me. it would definitely work on someone more busty or fuller on top. Fabric was terrific and again the color was gorgeous.

Chaus velvet dress
I was hoping to find a great velvet dress for the holidays and this one is beautiful. Liked it so much I purchased both black and green. Style is flattering, comfortable and the fabric looks rich. Very reasonable price!

Pretty dress but not for me
This dress definitely has a good quality fabric and rich color, but the fit was unfortunately just a little matronly on me. Which I love midi length, the overall design just wasn’t youthful enough for me.

Almost perfect
I wanted a nice midi dress to wear on an evening out. This dress was almost perfect. The velvet is luxurious. I’m curvy an the fit across the bodice, waist and hips was great Unfortunately, the neck would not lay down and the crossed bodice did not look right, was off center leaving a weirdly obvious diagonal seam over the bodice. The large fit me well. I usually wear a 12: 5’4” and 150 lbs. Ankle length. I returned it.
