Print Flutter Sleeve Blouse

It's been a struggle this year for me to find shirts that aren't cropped, sheer, too low in front, too droopy in the arm holes, sleeveless, etc. It feels like shirt manufacturers are dead set on making sure women can't cover their bits. This shirt was marginally okay but I do have to sew the top closed a bit to avoid showing cleavage.

This would have been a perfect staple blouse to add to my wardrobe, except for the flutter sleeves.They stick out at the sides too much and are too short. The shoulders don’t look flattering. I’m hoping Chaus will read my review and in the near future, bring us this style blouse with short sleeves and no flutter.

I am 5-7 and between 155-160 depending on the day. I purchased the orange and white online in Large and LOVE it. It goes perfect with white, or biege pants like crop, flare, or unheard style and blue jeans. And it goes great with shorts for a casual look with flats, tennis, loafers. Today I wore it out to lunch with beige cropped pants and a summer straw bag to a wonderful Mexican meal with Margaritas. I fit right in. It’s great for brunches, lunching, dinner with a beige light jacket with white or gold trim, walks on pier, at the fair and street scenes. It dresses up with wedges and down with sling sandals. It is not too big nor too small for me. The v neck is perfect. I don’t look like a flossy nor a prud. I highly recommend this versatile blouse.
