The Feline Flick Liquid Eyeliner

What it is: A felt-tip eyeliner pen is the ultimate one-stroke tool to elongate any eye shape into a cat-like gaze.

How to use: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line as close as possible to the lashline until two-thirds of the way across. Make a small dot where you want your flick to end then begin to thicken the line up and out toward the finishing dot.
