What it is: A felt-tip eyeliner pen is the ultimate one-stroke tool to elongate any eye shape into a cat-like gaze.
What it does: Inspired by the art of Japanese calligraphy, or shodo, this pen helps you to easily achieve Charlotte’s signature feline flick cat-eye look with its fine-tipped brush that applies a glossy, intense black line without the need to retrace. Color glides on and sets quickly to avoid feathering and smudging. It stays on for up to 14 hours but comes off easily using eye makeup remover.
How to use: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line as close as possible to the lashline until two-thirds of the way across. Make a small dot where you want your flick to end then begin to thicken the line up and out toward the finishing dot.

My favorite
I've used all types of eyeliners - Dior, MAC, Almay, you name it! But, this works the best for me! the intensity of the color is perfection. I'm African-America and love the darkness. I use it everyday and the color just goes on perfectly. Thin line- got it. Thiicker, cat eye - can do that too! Stays BLACK! Buying my third one! LOVE!

Packaging let’s this down
When I first used this eyeliner I thought I had found the perfect one. It went on easily, looked good and was long lasting. But I only got three uses out of it. The issue is that cap doesn’t snap on, it just loosely sits on top. So if you keep this eyeliner in a makeup bag the cap will come off and it will completely dry out. A waste of money.

Best Eyeliner!
This eyeliner makes applying super easy. If you like a clean look, it is very simple to achieve with this liner. I was using the Stila Stay All Day liner, but the tip would fray after a couple weeks of use, and it was harder to apply with precision. This one seems to be staying intact great, and I really love using it.

You're in control!
This pen is amazing if you are trying to draw the perfect line! The felt tip is moist and the eyeliner comes out super black. If you prefer a thicker cat eye though, this pen is not for you! It's perfect to achieve your thinner day time looks because the line is not too dramatic. I love that the pen has a little rubber grip to help keep your hand steady. I've been using the pen for about 3 weeks and it's just a moist as when I opened it! Amazing!

Just OK
Nothing special about this eyeliner. I have expensive and inexpensive ones that are just as good or better than this one. It lost color intensity when blended. Not worth the money, I returned it.

Average felt tip black eyeliner. Works well tho!
Works well, but an average felt tip eyeliner. I have used Bobbi Brown and Trish McEvoy; this is comparable. I am going to try the YSL liner next. I like this one and would probably buy again, but nothing life changing!

Not long lasting
I have been wanting to try this for a while. The pen is nice and it definitely makes winged eyeliner a little easier to apply, however, I don't think it stays on very well, especially for the price. I would not buy again.
