Each shade has a fool-proof formula that allows you to create dazzling dialed up looks to sultry, dreamy looks. Can be used as a shadow or liner.The smooth, easy-glide formula is infused with synthetic sapphire, whose mineral, soft-focus effects transform and enhance eye color for a range of looks depending on the occasion.

How to use: Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application. To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set. To use as an eyeshadow follow line the eye, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket. For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly.
