Adorable bag. Awful customer service. The bag was wrapped in plastic and tossed in a box. Not even in a dustbag! This is really shoddy.

Stunning bag - please make more colors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous bag - the leather is so buttery soft and luxuriously slouchy. It is the perfect size for an everyday bag and the magnetic closure keeps the contents secure. I bought it in the black but please also make it in a dark chocolate brown with gold/brass hardware - I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Classy and well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag. The leather is soft and the interior is very spacious. The magnetic closure is very strong while still being easy to open. I like that I can wear it as a shoulder or crossbody bag. It’s a sleek bag that feels and looks luxurious.

Great style but…
I own the small Charlie in black and white.lots of room, very stylish. I love them. But there is one
flaw - since it is a crossbody, I wear it across
but if I’m wearing a loose knit sweater,
the buckle gets stuck on the garment
causing loose threads. Very annoying.
