Charlie Floral Linen Midi Shirtdress

This is a beautiful dress. The fabric is very nice and feels lovely. I thought it would be perfect for an outdoor event. However, the sizing is very generous. I ordered my regular size which was also my size according to the sizing chart, but I had fabric bunched up in the back when tying the belt, so it did not look nice and smooth. I bought this to wear for my daughter's high school graduation so I didn't really want a lot of fabric bunched up in the back for an outdoor ceremony. I decided I would wear it despite the sizing issue because it is very pretty, but when putting it on the day before just to make sure, a button popped off. I had only tried it on once when it arrived. I was able to sew the button back on, but while sewing that one on, another button came off. I was done at that point. I should not have been sewing a button back on a brand new $300 dress, much less others continuing to pop off. I did not feel comfortable wearing it in public at that point, because what if more buttons came off when I was out?? I would have had to sew every button on before wearing. I returned this dress because of the button issue. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.
