Arlie Pointed Toe Knee High Boot (Women)

Bought TWO pairs of the dark brown, one pair of the camel. Camel is perfect. TWICE the heel on the dark brown disconnected from the boot. Nordstrom gave me a refund the first time, after giving me a hard time because “they were worn”. (Wear on both was super light prior to the heel coming apart from the shaft.). I won’t bother even returning the second pair, they’re going in the trash. (Don’t love that Nordstrom was ungracious, despite first boot having been hardly worn hence my hesitance to go back a second time.) For whatever reason, no problem with the camel, which are comfortable and without flaw.
