Chantelle Lingerie

A pioneer in lingerie, Chantelle was launched in 1949 as a shapewear manufacturer, and began producing bras in 1960. Best Memory Foam

I have never liked bras with foam lining or "memory" foam because I wear a 38-DD or E and padding is the last thing I need. But there are times when I need more coverage under thin fabrics, for modesty. Well, Chantelle has figured it out! This bra does not seem to add any size at all to the cup. It gives a very youthful profile and is smooth at the top of the cup. It is a tiny bit low at the top of the cup (just as the photo shows) but it does not dig into the skin and leave that "bump" at the top. At least it didn't for me, and I am on the slightly large side of a DD. Actually, with Chantelle bras, a 38-DD or E always fits. With other brands a DD or E can run all over the chart! Especially with Wacoal. Their sizes run all over the chart, both cup and band. When I tried this bra on I was amazed at how well it fit and how light and comfortable it is. Now when I need a contour bra for those special shirts or tops I have one that I actually like and is very flattering. I tossed the two other brands that I had out and am going to order one more of this one. I ordered several other Chantelle bras and loved (and kept) every single style. Before discovering Chantelle I would usually have to return 95% of the bras I tried. Thank you, Chantelle, for making such great bras. Hope you don't discontinue my favorites!

Won't buy again

Very uncomfortable. It pinches in various places and also has a thread in back by the clasp that irritates my skin. Also very warm with way too much fabric and padding.

Great everyday bra!

I was happy to find this bra again. I owned two of them and they needed replacing, but the size tag had faded and no Nordstrom stores in my area carried it. I finally looked online and found it, but had to guess on my size (due to COVID-19). I followed the sizing guide and was pleasantly surprised to receive a perfect fit. This bra has the just the right amount of support, comfort, and foam that make it look great with tee-shirts and close-fitting tops. These are my favorite bras and I wear them everywhere.

Awesome Bra

I usually wear the more heavy duty industrial style of Chantelle bras but having recently lost weight and some breast size, I decided to take a chance on a less "sturdy" bra. Chantelle's Memory Foam T-Shirt Bra was a great purchase - It truly is "whisper soft" and the foam is thin enough that it doesn't add size (for those of us who do not want to add size) but does the job with covering up the headlights when a breeze comes through the room. Chantelle is a fabulous brand of bra for women with large breasts or implants and they are always worth the money.

Perfect fit

I have prettier t-shirt bras than this one but none that fit as well. It supports and lifts my somewhat sagging chest and because it is a demi bra covers just the right amount. Though simple, it is designed particularly well for my type of figure (I wear a 34D) and I highly recommend it, particularly to women over a certain age.

Best bra ever!

I have always had a "generous" chest and have therefore spent a lot of money over the years trying to find bras with excellent fit and support. I have worn many of the different high-end brands sold at Nordstrom and have tried many different bra styles. This is hands-down my favorite bra ever. To say I LOVE it would be an understatement. It is extremely supportive, comfortable, and looks great under all of my shirts. It fits like a GLOVE. Since I am used to wearing bras that are more functional than decorative, I really appreciated the little bows and double strap details as well. One thing to note...this bra is sized a little differently. I am typically a 34F but in this particular bra I bought a 32DDDD. The sales associate who helped me had told me this was the case, but I wanted to mention it for those who might be ordering bras online. This one is definite keeper!!!

Smaller band sizes, please

This bra is a near perfect fit with the smallest hook setting but after a few months, I know the band will be too large. The cups are nicely lined and not padded. The straps aren't too wide set for my frame, which is a problem with a lot of bras. Larger women complain about their only bra choices being boring but those of us who need a 30 band have the same problem.
