The rating has more to do with the fit and the lack of coverage than the bra itself, which is very nice. The angle of the picture suggests more coverage than the bra actually offers, or perhaps it's just that the cups run small. I wish I could have exchanged the size I got for a larger cup size, but I had already clipped the tags so a return/exchange was impossible.
