Patchy
It’s a pass for me. Really disappointing as it was expensive and the brand is usually brilliant. The colour is balmy as described, but pigmented so it slides and is thick and patchy on the lips. It doesn’t look good. Lovely colour through, that’s what I would say, Shame about the formula.

Wonderful formula
I bought this in the color "Honeysuckle". This color is a lovely MLBB with a cool tone that I just love. I had never tried this lipstick formula and I'm so glad that I did. It glides on, and feels like a balm in lipstick form, but still with a nice bit of coverage. It is extremely comfortable and soothing on the lips. Truly unique and I will definitely buy in another color. Highly recommend!

Lovely Lip Chic
This is the first time I have ever used Chantecaille Lip Chic. I had heard good things about it and I always wanted to try to the color Lupine which was limited edition from last year. It is pricey for a lip product but Chantecaille is a luxury brand. The color pay off was just as described - a nice soft pink that wasn't highly pigmented but has a nice shine and seemed to be a hybrid of lipstick and lip balm. My lips are dry and this didn't do anything to help so I'm not sure I'd purchase again and the color faded quickly but it is light so I wasn't surprised.

Comfortable lippie
I work as a nurse and really do not have time to reapply makeup through out the day. So usually I prefer matte or longer wearing lippies just for time sake. However, these lip chics feel so hydrating, light, and balmy on the lips that I actually enjoy reapplying. On me, they have a 2-3 hr wear before I need to reapply, which I don't mind at all. I have both the honey suckle and lupine color. Honey suckle is a great warm nude and lupine is a cool pink. I did return the coral bell because I felt that I had colors similar to coral bell for the summer.

Pretty Lipstick, Not Moisturizing
Beautiful color and does not bleed, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, it is not moisturizing enough for me. I am still on the hunt for a sheer lipstick as beautiful as this, that does not bleed and is moisturizing.
