Good way to try Chanel

I was browsing lipsticks at the Chanel counter when the sales lady suggested I wait for the anniversary sale presale to check out the travel palette they were going to feature. There are many many lip choices. Also eyes and cheeks and a great mascara! I will be buying full sizes of the blush and the lip color I like best. Thank you!!!

No color payoff

I purchased this palette because I'm a new mother with very little time for myself and was looking to streamline my routine with an all in one palette. Although this palette has the makeup for a full face, there was no color payoff. When I put the foundation on, it didn't even out any redness or help enhance my complexion. I put the blush on and had to layer several times before I could even see it. I'm very fair and it still doesn't show up on my skin. The eyeshadow is a little better, but doesn't stay on my lids long enough. The lipgloss, as everyone mentions, has too much glitter and the color rubs off very easily leaving hints of glitter. The only thing I like about the palette is the packaging, but the packaging does nothing to provide me with a fresh face that I was looking for.

Bought this first in duty free Singapore

I saw this palette first at Duty Free Singapore airport, Changi. I bought it and never regret it. Love the foldable brush, the eyeshadows and lipcolors. I used the eyeshadows often; the pink is just perfectly soft and i use the matte brown to contour.

Great for all ethnicities

I received this palette today as a gift from my mother. I was initially skeptical because as an African American, it is hard to find palettes that compliment your skin tone. (I am medium to dark skin) I figured I would be able to wear the lippies and eyeshadows but thought the blush and powder would be too light. I was pleasantly surprised as I could wear everything in this palette! The powder goes on translucent and smooths and evens perfectly. The eyeshadows give you lots of options for day to evening. The case is beautiful and the velvet pouch is a nice touch as per Chanel. I love this palette and will try my best not to use it all "playing" in it in the mirror!

Very Glittery

The photos don't accurately show the colors. This pallette is pretty but very glittery. iIf you're not into glitter lipsticks, blush, and eye shadow, this is not the palette for you.

Worth The Splurge!

The powder is a great translucent med / light color, looks great and the pink highlighter/blush is perfect for a pinch of color. Buy this now, its totally the only thing worth the money released this season. The powder also smells like roses. The shadows blend great and the lips are a mixture of glossy/smooth formulas that don't dry out like a normal lipstick. The mini brush folds out so you can actually use it. Perfect little size for under eyes and around nose. My one and only complaint is a bit of powder may mix with the glosses.
