How to use: Apply to your cheeks, forehead and neck. Use both hands to smooth from the center of your face outward. On the left side of your face, use both hands to alternately smooth outward from the following areas: the middle of your forehead to the temple, from nose to ear, from the corner of your lips to the angle of the jaw and tip to chin to ear.
