What it is: A limited-edition duo featuring a colorful matte powder that can be worn alone or mixed with a moisturizing balm for a blurred, artistic effect on both lips and cheeks.
What it does: The lightweight balm is formulated with Hydratendre Complex to smooth, moisturize and protect skin. It includes two brushes for easy application.
How to use: To apply to lips, use your fingertips to dot the balm all over your lips then add the powder to the center of your lips, blending outward. For a more intense result, apply all over your lips then use a brush to add powder until you reach your desired effect. To apply to your cheeks, sweep the powder onto the tops of your cheekbones for a touch of color.
