Soft and Lovely

I am 68 years old and have loved Chanel #5 since I was 16! I was a little hesitant to try this new version, but very pleasantly surprised at how much I adore it! It's still the classic Chanel fragrance, but a little softer and lighter -- yet the fragrance still stays with you for a long time. I think it should appeal to many age groups!

The production date is very poor

It's terrible that it was produced in 2018, and it will expire in more than half a year!

A Modern Twist to No.5!

This. Is. Beautiful!!!! I always wanted to wear the original but it was just a little bit... dusty old lady for me. The Original had some good notes so I could see why it was once popular, or still is, but it was just outdated in someways to me. This newer version is so much the same smell exactly... but it has a cinnamon warmth to it or something. It still smells enough the same if you hate the original No. 5, you won't like this, if you were like me and on the fence... you will love it!!! It's almost like they put a titch of Coco Mademoiselle in the Original No.5!!

Lingering fragrance

I have loved Chanel #5 on others for so long however it did not smell good on me. The lotion did but not the fragrance. I decided to give the premier a try and I'm so happy I did. I love it It last all day without having to douse yourself in it. Layer it with the #5 lotion, gorgeous and powdery not too strong and worth every penny. It is my new go to fragrance at all times. If Chanel #5 doesn't work for you try this one

Just Wonderful!!!

I wore the original Chanel No. 5 for many years. This is a fresher, more contemporary sent that I love and I am always getting compliments on it.

Eau Premiere

I just never win :-( but I'll try again to enter for a Nordstom gift card! When it comes to Nordstrom's service - they are unbeatable: immediate & ongoing customer cimmunication, super fast shipping. Eau Premiere has finally gotten better longevity it always deserved ( 6-7 hours). While it did lose some of it citrusy sparkling top notes it became classier and even more gorgeous. This one will always be on my vanity. A young at heart fragrance but so lady like. A must have.

Nice twist on a classic

I accidentally purchased the Eau Première instead of the original N°5, and while I do not enjoy it as much as the original, the scent is absolutely fantastic. It is a much lighter fragrance, but has all the classic notes that I love. The only thing I'm not 100% thrilled with is that the scent doesn't seem to last as long as the regular N°5.
