Arrived Used
Arrived used with a message on the packaging, "Used, Return to Vendor." I don't know how this even was packaged for re-sale. And yes, there was makeup on the brush. Disgusting. And i honestly makes me less likely to order from Nordstrom in the future.

Love it!
I love this brow brush! It brushes all the way through, making my brows easy to style. Past brushes that I have used would only brush the top brow hairs, leaving the ones underneath untamed. I have thick brows. I’ve also noticed that I don’t need as much brow gel, if any.
