Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 25 Sunscreen

I was a true fan of the Les Beiges edition previous to this one. This edit is thicker and the colors are not an exact match. I used 20 and now a 30 is a better blend on my skin -I still have the previous one and compared the tones-. In order to blend it easier and get the no make-up look the previous formula offered you will have to blend it with a moisturizing serum. I still like it, hence why I will recommend it...yet it is too similar to the Vitalumiere Aqua. On the picture, the lighter color is #20, the larger dab to the right is #30 while the small dab towards the top was #20 on the previous Les Beiges formula. Hope this helps to get your color right if you were a previous user! :)

I have been on the hunt for a new foundation as mine was discontinued. I rec'd a sample of this make-up with my last online order and liked it so when I was in the store the Chanel rep helped select the correct color and sent me home with 2 weeks samples while I waited for my order to be shipped (my color was out of stock as the rep said it is one of the most popular shades). It is easy to apply, gives coverage without looking too "made-up" and the sunscreen is a bonus. HEALTHY GLOW is correct as it does not have too much shimmer as so many of the radiant style make-ups do-a look I'm not fond of on older skin.

Just purchased my third bottle of # 12. I've tried all the others that cost even more and this is still my favorite. product! Pump bottle so foundation stays fresh and germ-free. Sunscreen is a must because I live in Texas. I'm fair and this foundation does NOT oxidize on your skin making you yellow or orange. Really natural looking.

I agree with another reviewer that this is the first Chanel foundation that I am able to use because it comes in a light enough shade. With all the other formulas, even the lightest shade isn't light enough. I bought the shade 10 and it matches perfectly. It almost gives you an instagram filter finish. Lasts great. I find that the product goes a longer way if I make sure my skin is really moisturized and I use a primer underneath it. So happy I got a sample of this...just purchased the full size.

I took a chance and ordered shade 121. I love Chanel products but for some reason when it comes to darker shades, their selection stops at a certain skin tone. I will say that it blends into my skin even though the shade looks deceiving from the bottle. Well, I feel like this is more of a sunscreen than a foundation. It blends nicely because it is light and it feels more like a lighter moisturizer to me. I did not see much color even though it looks semi dark in the bottle but much lighter when applied. I used one or two pumps, dabbed it around my face then blended the foundation with my finger tips. I did get a glow and it is natural looking. I would recommend this product for someone who wants light coverage with SPF. It is not worth $60 in my opinion. Save your $60 and make this yourself with a foundation you like and mix it with an SPF moisturizer if you want light coverage. I will keep it due to the SPF in it.

I received a sample in No. 30, a shade or two darker than what I need but fine to experience the fantastic formula. Applied over Chanel SPF 50, which works like a primer. The formula is smooth, nicely balanced, absorbs into skin while providing great coverage and silky texture all day. Almost more like a light BB cream than a foundation. Has a strong floral Chanel No. 5 type fragrance, pleasant but unnecessary. Well priced too, less than other high quality foundations and brands I’ve used. Will consider this for next spring and summer.
