LE TONIQUE Anti-Pollution Invigorating Toner

At first, it was Lotion Purete during my teenage years. In my early 20s, I switched to Lotion Doucer and finally Lotion Confort in my late 20s. I am in my 30s now and it feels like an emotional break up to say goodbye to a dear old friend. This version is quite similar to Lotion Purete ( maybe just a bit more moisturizing) and is no where to compare to the other 2 when it comes to comfort. I finished my last bottle and do not plan to repurchase as I feel like it dried out my skin a bit. The bottle is small comparing to the older version with the cap that is not as secured as the older packaging. I am allergic to Le lift so that can’t be a replacement either. I am hoping Chanel will come out with something similar to what they had in the past with a bigger size since I go through these quite quickly.

I agree with mhefner4. I wanted so badly to love this product but it was awful! At first, my skin seemed invigorated and fresh, but after a few days, it left me with breakouts around my chin and cheeks and made my skin so dry it began to peel off. (And I am someone who has never had any trouble with acne in the past so the fact that it left me with breakouts was saying something) I usually love Chanel, but, unfortunately, I think they missed the mark with this one :( Sincerely, Disappointed

I was pretty skeptical after Chanel changed their main skin care line (from normal/oily/dry separate lines) and purchased this a few months ago. I really like it and use it every morning and at night to take off the last traces of make-up. I have pretty normal 40+ year old skin and after using Chanel toners for years am hesitant to try other lines. The previous version worked for me and this one works very well, too. It's refreshing and hydrating and great to use with any of the Chanel lines (I use Hydra Beauty and le Weekend and le Jour sometimes). just purchased another bottle yesterday!

Amazing! I use this before applying the Chanel hydra beauty creme and this combo is magic. In the past two weeks my pores have drastically shrunk, I look at my face in awe! Love it and it definitely takes all the residue off my face as the cotton pad is proof! Great product. Worth the price.

I absolutely love this toner. I’m African American, my skin is flawless. It’s not drying. A little a goes along way. I purchased in March, it’s almost time to buy again. Not too bad for the amount of time I had it.

My skincare routine can leave my face quite dry. I have very oily, acne-prone skin, plus I have fine lines. So I am quite aggressive with the retinol, niacinamide, acids, etc. When I get out of the shower and my face is very clean but also very tight, I love to use this fresh-smelling toner on a Chanel cotton and sweep it over my skin. It instantly takes away the tight dry feeling without being greasy or leaving a sticky film. Sometimes I don't feel like doing my whole skincare routine right away since I work at home, but I always use this toner because it feels so good and soothing on my face without feeling tacky. And at night, it catches all the make-up, oil etc. that my make-up remover (Chanel of course!), micellar & cleanser may miss. It really lives up to the anti-pollution name...I go to sleep with clean and soft skin like a baby on the nights I don't use any other skincare.
