What it is: This soft pencil intensifies eyes for a dramatic look.
What it does: A special blend of color and pearly pigments provides a rich line with a semi-matte finish. Specially formulated to glide gently over the eyelid, the liner is also comfortable for use in the rim of the eye. A companion sharpener ensures the pencil is always ready for lining.
How to use: Apply along the upper and lower lashlines to create depth and intensity.

Not Intense, Poor Color Pay-off
Purchased in the color “#62” which is the only color Chanel offers in brown. I’m fair with warm undertones. This color barely shows up on my eyelids. It is a very light brown with extremely yellow undertones, not the darker brown shown in the picture. It should be shown with the correct color, which would be like an actual drop of Amber or honey, not a brown swatch. It is also not even remotely intense, as the name suggests. I’ve tried multiple passes, and still nothing. I don’t know who this would even flatter.
