How to use: Use in the morning or evening. Work into a foam using a little water in the palm of your hand, then apply to damp skin using circular movements. Rinse well with water.

Luxurious foamy cleanser with sleek packaging!
If you're looking for a very luxurious foaming cleanser, this is it! Lovely packaging, nice mild smell, very rich and cleans your skin like a dream. For all skin types. You need just a pea size, perfect to use with a cleansing brush! I can't say I've noticed any reduction in brown spots however, after using this for a year. If you're looking for this, try Kojic Acid soap instead, which really fades spots. If Chanel really wanted to make a cleanser for brightening and fading spots, they should add Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Niacinimide to this product. Once again, love the packaging with the click top. Don't think it warrants the extra $15.00 more than the other foaming cleansers by Chanel though., unless these ingredients were added. As a licensed esthetician, I've tried every line under the sun, Chanel is my favorite for basic skincare!

Not for me
I really wanted to love this cleanser. The packaging is killer, the size is generous, the scent is light and pleasant, and it significantly lightened my hyperpigmentation. The problem that I had with it was that it made me break out quite a bit. I have very sensitive acne-prone skin (made even more sensitive by Retin-A use). I've had my skin under control (very few breakouts ) for about a year thanks to Retin-A. I used this for about 3-4 days, while getting more and more breakouts. My skin almost got to where it was before I got it under control. Pretty demoralizing. I think that this might be a great cleanser for others, but my skin just won't tolerate it.

Works so good!
I was in store and decided to ask for a sample before I commit to the purchase. I have some Chanel items I haven’t taken full benefit of so I was I wanted to be certain this would work for me. It Does! Even though I have sensitive skin this feels amazing and smell great. It leaves my skin supple and not dried out particularly in this dry winter weather. I use this my Foreo and love it. I am going to purchase the full size because I’ve used the sample 2 weeks. I also pair this with the over night mask from the same product line.

smells nice
I haven't been using this long to give an accurate review of results but I can say it is a nice cleanser without drying and smells nice. Very little is needed. I typically like a lotion cleanser and alternate with other cleansers too. It does not "foam". It's a cream that lathers up really nicely with no more than a pea size needed.

Even though doesn’t say good for redness and sensitive skin. It works perfectly with my sensitive skin love it removes dirt and makeup
