What it does: Provitamin B5 nourishes while meadowfoam oil protects your lashes. The white formula turns translucent after application.
How to use: Apply to clean lashes as a primer. Before the formula dries, immediately follow with mascara. It can also be applied as a lash-strengthening mask.
