My holy grail
My parents blessed me with extremely huge eyes. (seriously I think theyre half my face) Im not complaining but along with those huge eyes are weak, thin, wispy short eyelashes that shoot straight down. Ive tried eyelash extensions (super annoying because Im the rub-a-dub-dub kind of girl when it comes to washing my eyes) so no thank you. I love falsies but seriously who has time to put that on every single day?! Ive tried Dior and MAC which I thought were super good. My fave drug store brand Loreal Voluminous also happens to satisfy my lash cravings sometimes. Ive tried Tart which is also pretty good. Benefit Bad Gal lash which was a disappointment and many others. My point is, if theres a lengthening or volumizing mascara out there chances are I've tried it. A couple of weeks ago I incidentally went on a make up shopping binge and this was one of the products that went home with me. When I first looked at the brush, I wasn't all that impressed. But, remember that good ol saying dont judge a book by its cover. Yup same goes here except replace book with mascara.
My lashes which resist every attempt to curl was curled and lengthened with ONE swipe. I seriously looked as if I was wearing falsies. I almost cried because I never thought my lashes could look this long and gorgeous. It really opens up my eyes and gives me a no clump, dark finish that I truly truly LOVE. Im done searching for mascaras, this is it for life. Chanel, please dont ever discontinue or change the formula on this or else my soul will die! If I can recommend a product 110%, it would be this wonderful wonderful mascara~

Not for me.
I was told this would not flake or darken under my eyes. This was the worst for my oily skin. It was only an hour later and it was under my eyes. I couldn't believe it since so many people love this product.

Expensive but worth it!
This is the perfect mascara, except of course, for the price. Every once in a while I try a drugstore brand that gets good reviews, only to be disappointed and come back to this one. It IS waterproof. I can cry or get caught in the rain and it stays on. But: it comes off easily with my eye makeup remover. Drugstore brands tend to stay on TOO well, making removal time-consuming and difficult. Also, it simply doesn't clump! I can just brush it through my lashes in the morning, and I don't even need to de-clump with another brush, because there are NO CLUMPS! Drugstore brands take longer to apply, as I have to wipe down the brush initially and they still need a clean brush for de-clumping. Plus, the Chanel is buildable; if i go out later and want a more dramatic look, I can add another layer of mascara. Again, without clumping. I can get a natural look or a dramatic look with this one.

Perfect for Asian straight lashes!
I have straight long lashes, I curl them with eyelash curler, but could never wear mascara because they would just weigh my lashes down and in-curl my lashes in seconds. Tried So many brands from Dior to YSL, and Low budget ones like Benefit and Maybelline, but they all couldn’t hold the curl. This Chanel mascara goes on light and dries fast, so it holds my curls wonderfully without weighing them down. I haven’t experienced any clumping issue, I like that it separates my lashes as it coats them with the product.

Best Mascara
Definitely the best mascara. Even though it's waterproof, it's gentle enough to use everyday (I remove it with coconut oil). Holds the curl (on my very straight lashes) and lasts all day. Used to use DiorShow, but this has been my favorite for the past five years.

Favorite Mascara!
I love this mascara! I have been wearing it for years. I have allergies and watery eyes so I do need the waterproof formula. My lashes are long and thick so most mascaras are too heavy and weigh my eyelashes down. This formula is perfect. My eyelashes are opened and curled up. Beautiful look. Love it!
