DOUBLE PERFECTION LUMIÈRE Long-Wear Flawless Sunscreen Powder Makeup Broad Spectrum SPF 15

I thought I was buying the replacement for Double Perfection Powder Makeup but this is Lumiere, which makes a huge difference for those of us with oily skin. When oil hits it it changes color horribly.

So I've bought 3 of these already because it is absolutely fantastic. I get plenty of compliments telling me it looks as if I I'm not wearing anything at all, it is very natural. However, the case for it is TERRIBLE. After normal everyday use, all 3 of my cases have ended up completely breaking, leading to the powder breaking as well. For almost $60 they need to make a decent carrying case that will actually protect the product not just look 'nice'

This is the best--creates a totally flawless look and is not drying, or cakey looking at all. I do not have perfect skin at all, but this certainly creates the illusion of perfection while also looking natural. One of my favorite chanel items.

I bought this in "74 Ambre" and I LOVE IT! I apply this with the Chanel brush in #7 and my face looks smooth and natural. It is light yet covers my imperfections. I use the sponge that came with it to spot cover dark spots and moles. I love the sleek and classy compact that pops right inside my cosmetic bag so I can touch up if needed. As always, nothing but high quality makeup with Chanel. Excellent product.

For the majority of my life, I never wore foundation. I didn't think I needed it, as my skin was clear, good color, etc. I wore a moisturizer with sunscreen and called it good. My skin is oily and I always thought foundation felt heavy, looked artificial, etc. One day, I was searching for perfume at the cosmetic counter when the Chanel representative offered to try some products on me. She suggested foundation and I told her my concerns/fears. She assured me this product was different and would even out my skin tone and minimize my pores to create a more flawless finish. It did! My skin looked less shiny, more natural than I could believe. It doesn't clog my pores, it never appears that I have a foundation "layer" on. The product sponge gives one the option of a little coverage (my choice) or a thicker application for problem areas. The product is a unique hybrid of facial powder/foundation that was perfect for my skin type.

I love this powder. It's light, natural, and airy. It's like adding to your own face. It doesn't cake, nor look thick and it goes on very smooth. Last all day long. I don't need to touch up. It's my favorite powder. I will continue to keep using this product. It's a must have.
