There's no denying that Chanel makes wonderful products, but this arguably less glamorous product should not be overlooked! This eye makeup remover is light, effective and a dream to use. Every. Single. Day. Imagine how you feel at the end of a long, stressful day, and all you want to do is wipe your face clean and get into your comfy PJs. This gentle biphase eye makeup remover will surely be your best friend! I have older skin that needs a tender touch, and with this remover there is no extra pulling or rubbing. The eye makeup comes right off onto the cotton makeup pad. But as it says right on the label: it's also exceedingly gentle. I've used other high end products (Lancôme, etc.) and also tested cheaper drug store products. This is simply the best.

Simply the best. This is perfect for waterproof makeup, and for usage on sensitive eyes. I use an especially stays-on eyeliner, and simply holding a remover-dampened cotton swab over my eyelid for 5 seconds gets everything gone, no tugging or scrubbing required. I only wish they sold this in a mini, as a stand-alone!

I got a sample of this eye makeup remover and was so blown away by how fantastic it was that I splurged and bought the full size. A little goes a long way, and it easily takes off all of your eye makeup with just one pad. The end result is the best..... your eyes are left velvety smooth and hydrated. As I get older I appreciate a product that is gentle on the eyes, but any age would love this remover. I have used tons of other removers but this is #1 hands down. I will keep purchasing this product.

I use Chanel's Inimitable Waterproof Mascara, so I needed an eye makeup remover that was strong enough to take off a waterproof mascara; however, I have sensitive skin, so I didn't want a product that would irritate my eyes. This Gentle Bi-Phase Eye Makeup Remover is... well... GENTLE! You have to shake it up before you use it, because the oil settles to the bottom. However, it does not make your eye area oily-feeling. It does just what it's supposed to do: it removes your eye shadow, eye liner, and mascara easily... no rubbing required. I saturate a cotton square with the product, and hold it for about 10 seconds against my eye to loosen my makeup. Then I gently swipe the cotton square across my eye 2 or 3 times, concentrating on my lashes, and voila! Makeup gone! To do my other eye, I flip the cotton square over to the clean side and repeat the process.

I used this for the first time the other night. YES it took almost all of my eye makeup off very easily. After I used it I went straight to bed. When I woke up, the skin under my eyes was red and patchy! I was so freaked out. I do not have sensitive skin whatsoever. I think that maybe it was because I didn't wash my face after I used it (or at least splashed my face with water) and the Chanel product was still sitting on my skin. I am going to try and use the product again and remember to wash my face. Hopefully I won't have another reaction to the product - that would be so disappointing!

Oh yes, this is as good as everyone says. It’s so gentle and hydrating, but SO effective. Miracle product.
