I received a used pair of shoes in a dirty box and all the packaging were wrinkly, as if they didn’t care about the customer. I had to return the shoes immediately and I called customer service to give them a piece of my mind. To say I was disappointed would be understating my absolute dismay upon receiving the shoes poorly packed in a rather large box. The box that the shoes came in was dirty and the shoes were used. The disrespect was blatant. Frankly I expected better
