ZX/2^® Classic Sandal (Women)

I ordered these in black - my second pair - and love them. There are two styles that look exactly the same so I ordered both to compare. The only difference between these and the "ZCloud X2" seems to be a more cushy top layer on the footbed of the Cloud version. The reason I gave them only 4 stars is that, although they seem to be completely adjustable to fit any foot width, the strap intersections on either side of the ankle are stitched in place, so I can't pull them quite tight enough for my narrow foot. I run out of webbing. I wish they were COMPLETELY adjustable. Also, when pulled at tight at they can go the strap drags on the ground, but I just folded it up and stitched it to shorten it. (I cut the strap on my last pair to shorten it and then burned the edge to keep it from unraveling, and they lasted for years.)

I usually wear 5.5, so I ordered 6. But it is a little larger for me. Feels need to be careful with each of my step otherwise, I will fall onto the ground. Don't know why I have such a feeling. Maybe just not used to this style. Or maybe it is just large for me. Will try to get another one in a smaller size.

I have thought about purchasing a pair of Chacos for years and finally did (obviously). These are by far my favorite style because the dual straps may the shoe very secure. I'll be using these at/on/near the ocean this Summer and I appreciate that they aren't going to look trashed after a season of use. The straps are all adjustable and make for a comfy fit no matter what width your foot.
