Highly recommend for comfort
When I got these flips the right strap was a little looser than the left. But after a day or two of wear it did not bother me anymore as the flips were so comfy. It may have been on display. I am always looking for a very comfortable flipflop and my favorites in the past have been Crocs & Abeo (which were great but a bit heavy). These are surprisingly lightweight, bend easily and comfy at the toe. My size is 7.5 and I ordered the 7 which fit perfectly as I like my flips snug so they don’t fall off easily. Love them.

So skinny
I miss having Chaco flips on hand in the summer, so I grabbed these when I saw they are on sale, but they are SO narrow! I do have slightly wide feet, but I can usually remedy that by just sizing up. That didn't help with these though. The connection is WAY too far under my foot and the narrowness causes the strap to pull up on the skin where it goes between my toes.

Run abnormally small
I always wear an 8 (in Chaco, too) - I ordered an 8 and it was like wearing a doll shoe. Narrow as well as short. Going to try a 9, hoping that is better, in general Chaco flip flops are great and well worth the investment!

Straps tight, runs narrow
Was excited to see Chaco flip flops on Nordstrom site, as it’s rare they sell any. However, I agree this shoe runs narrow. The straps (blue, no longer pictures) are also sewn on the inside vs on the outside of the foot bed so makes shoe feel tight. Different then my other flip flop Chacos. Likely will return. A bit disappointed.

First time buying chaco flip flops - quite comforatable and supportive although I guys my archs are different as they feel slightly different on each foot - also there is a tag I need to cut off as it keeps getting in the way
