Certified 3Ct Solitaire Round Diamond Pendant 14k Gold Necklace Lab Grown 18"

I am astounded. I purchased a 3Ct pendant and received a 1Ct. I immediately called Bliss. A receptionist answered and took my information but informed me Bliss only responds by email and it takes 24 hours. Today is Friday. She couldn't tell me with certainty if I would hear back in a true 24 hour period or have to wait until Monday. I also emailed Bliss with photos of the certificate of authenticity reflecting the 1Ct size and the packing slip, indicating I purchased 3Ct. I contacted Nordstrom and their team will reach out to Bliss as well. I am grateful for Nordstrom's service. I am deeply disappointed in my first experience with Bliss. I understand mistakes happen, but when they do, customers should not have to wait in uncertainty and discomfort. The stone itself, weight issue aside, is very beautiful. But the discomfort this experience has caused is unacceptable. I will have to take this to a local jeweler to be weighed while I wait for a reply from Bliss.
