A button through Nordstrom’s, but I thought they would be reputable however I was so wrong! This company has several names, Bliss Diamond and Pompeii3 are two names they go by. This jewelry has the worst service. I have called and emailed so many times without any help. I bought a ring and they sent the wrong size. Returned it and it and then they sent the wrong setting. I had the ring for about two and a half months and the diamond fell out. I was able to retrieve the stone and the setting to return it to get it fixed. Meanwhile, I’ve called and emailed, I was getting the runaround. They still have my ring and the stone and I’m so fed up. I just wanted to refund. They said they would do anything to make me happy and I asked for a refund. Now they are telling me they won’t refund it to me. They would give me a replacement or credit. I don’t want a credit or a replacement. I want a refund. I bought a diamond ring and the diamond fell out within two months. Shawty work! I just made my last call and they hung up on me . They sell at Nordstrom‘s Walmart, Amazon and you can buy directly through them. Do not buy from this company.
