The ring was beautiful, but after a few weeks of wearing it, one of the side stones fell out. I contacted Nordstrom to get help with an exchange, but unfortunately, because it was purchased from a third-party in the marketplace, Nordstrom could not handle the exchange and directed me to the third-party directly. After four weeks of back-and-forth, phone calls, and follow ups, they finally told me that they would not repair the ring because it was not purchased from them directly. So I am stuck, Nordstrom cannot handle the exchange and neither with the third-party. The ring is beautiful, but again, I just want to warn folds that customer service is horrible if you were to have any issues.
