I ordered these from Nordstrom.com as not available in in person at any Nordstrom store. I selected pick up in store to ensure I could see what I purchased in person. Brief look at the earrings looked good but I paid more for this certified pair to receive the certificate but it was not included. I returned them on the spot after calling Nordstrom.com while at the Nordstrom pickup desk and they informed me as Bliss is third party vendor, Nordstrom could only provide Bliss (Pompeii3) support email to resolve.
