POD Handheld Light Therapy

Difficult to tell how you'll like since you can't try the product. there's a seal when you receive it and if you break the seal, there's a 10% restocking fee. Then if you use it, they increase to 20% restocking fee. and the paper it comes with says they track the usage. Kind of hard to tell if you like a product without trying it and I've always counted on Nordstrom to be that store where I can return if something doesn't work out (I have never abused this policy just FYI). I was surprised by this policy because I had contacted customer service before buying this product and I was told I could try and return for a full refund. And I guess that person was mistaken. So i guess... it's not really a review on the product but the return policy of the company itself. Buy at your own risk?
