Runs big and strap uncomfy
Wish they worked, since they're unique & lightweight. Strap part needs another later of leather to cover the grommets under, runs big.

Nordstrom operations
I was shipped a worn pair of shoes. What does this say about what this company does with its returns? Someone bought these shoes, wore them and then returned them. Doesn’t anyone look at shoes to see if they are in their original condition?
