Voluminous Lace Sleeve Top

Two stars because this is a really pretty top and seems to be made of quality material. I would have loved to keep this top but it is way too short. The description says it is 28inches long. As soon as I held it up I knew this was incorrect. I measured and sure enough, it’s barely 24 inches from shoulder seam to hem. It falls to about an inch below my waist. This is going back ASAP. So disappointed.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t think I was going to like this blouse. Sometimes I have a hard time with blouses that are tight around my belly. I was so confident this would be one of them, but guess what? It’s not. It’s absolutely lovely. Looking forward to wearing it and feeling like a million bucks!

I am not yet familiar with the CeCe line of clothing, but I ordered this top and the Ruffle Trim Crepe Top (Plus Size). I am a 1X and both fit very well without being boxy. I am keeping this top because I LOVE it! It is easy to wear and works great with jeans and can be dressed up with slacks or a skirt easily. This is a wardrobe staple. I usually do not like hand wash, but I will do it to keep this blouse. i like the versatility, fit and look that much! It will also make a great top to take with me this summer on a trip. I usually add shoulder pads and I can wear the small black shoulder pads with this lovely top and It works perfectly! I am on the fence about the Ruffle Trim Crepe Top- not sure how I like the ruffle.

It is hard to find a dressy shirt/top to wear without a sweater or jacket. I am wearing this top to a wedding with a longer navy blue silk skirt and it all looks wonderful together. The shirt is lightweight and not clingy. I'm just so pleasantly surprised I like it so well. I normally wear an extra large or 1X. I got this in a 2X because of the length of the top in the description and I'm happy with the size I chose. It doesn't appear to be too large.
