Sizing is off
Cece tops seem to be very inconsistent in sizing. I received this top and before trying it on I knew I would be returning it. Even in black it was see thru! The material is thin and way too small. A whole size too small, I felt.

Sizing is off

Color and Texture Are Off
The color of the blue in this top is much darker and muted in person than it is in the photograph. It also has a crepe texture that does not register in the photo and makes it look cheap. I wasn't a fan of the shirttail hem either. I usually wear a medium or large in blouses. I ordered the large and it fit fine but it was not what I was expecting. I returned it.

Pretty color
The color of pink is so pretty and the cut of the shirt is nice but the knotted sleeves are too heavy and bulky.
