hate the textured material
I have a bunch of CeCe blouses from prepandemic but the textured material of this makes it feel soooo cheap. Absolutely horrible

For reference I’m 5 feet,110 pounds. I’ve purchased this in a small and extra small, decided to keep the extra small. I love this brand, and I think this is a nice all purpose piece. Can be worn to work with black slacks, or as it’s pictured,with a pair of jeans and flats. I took off one star because the material isn’t my favorite as far as feel. It’s a crêpe type material so it’s not the softest but overall it’s a great top!
