Just what I was looking for!
After a recent business trip I realized how practical tweed jackets are since they don't wrinkle; they take up space in the suitcase, but they always look great. Once I got back from the trip I was on a mission to find a black tweed jacket that was a bit more dressy but would also look cute with jeans like in the picture. This jacket looks best when it's snapped closed, but can be worn open too with a nice blouse or tee. I'm short so the cropped cut suits me well and hits just at my waist. The ruffles detail also makes it very feminine and dressy, but I'll have to take it for alterations (thank you Nordstrom for free alterations for Icon members!) so I can keep the ruffles at the cuff.
